Hi, I am a student and I have to write an assignment on vehicle theft. One of the aspects that I have to cover which I am finding it difficult to get information on is "How victims are affected by these crimes?"
If there is anyone here who has experienced being the victim of this sort of crime or even the victim of a vehicle arson attack, or if you know where I might be able to find information related to the victims of these crimes, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

My uncle stole my grandmother's car when he was running from the cops. He then sold that car to some guy who had no idea it was stolen so we ended up getting a call from the police about it all. My grandmother was nice about it and just let the car be put in the victims's name.
