Moderator Needed For General Discussion Thread

We are needing a moderator for the forum General Discussion.
Moderators are persons who actively participate on CrimeVictimsForum.com and perform the following tasks:
1). Monitor thread activity for abusive post, off-topic discussions, SPAM posts as well as being able to offer help and assistance in their thread topic.
2). Move off-topic discussions to the appropriate thread.
3). Delete SPAM post and/or ban specific users from posting new threads.

I really do not have time to be moderator but I like to ask a question. I've seen several forums who pay their moderators. Is this a paid post or volunteer?
