I saw my ex the other day down in my town even though he has no reason to be here and lives about 45 minutes away Then another day I caught him driving up past my house. I went up a different way and stalled to go home for a few minutes.

It may or may not be deliberate. You need to look for a pattern, and keep your eyes peeled to see if this is happening a lot.

Did he aknowledge you when you saw him? Or did you just see him in the distance. Details like that are important. Tell us a little bit more so we can help you with better advice.

Keep a detailed list of all contact. Even if you just see him driving down the road. And I mean detailed. If you see him at the 7-11 at 7th & Wabash at 11:30 at night driving a corvette, write those details down. Who (him, apparently), driving what (include make/model/year/color/description), doing what, going where/what direction, what time, what location, who do you see with him, and EVERYTHING else. Like if he's driving a flatbed truck with equipment in back, write that down. I realize you won't get all of it, but have as much as possible.
Not having any knowledge of you or your case history (if any), I suggest you initiate contact with a domestic violence counselor and/or a detective. Express your concerns. Stay in contact at least monthly, and give a copy of the contact list if they want it.
